The menu keeps the railway joke going after the tables do.
The sections are signals and gauges, and inside Meter Gauge the dishes take station names of their own: Delhi Cantt, Howrah Junction, Mumbai Central, Madras Chettinadu.
Legendary Steam Locomotives is pizza, 10 of them. The pastas sit one section over under Victoria Terminal, beside the grilled fish and the prawns. Dessert closes things out at a section marked Terminus.
Fine liquors and wines are on the list too. The kitchen behind the bar is a full one — pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and rolls, not a short bar-snack menu.
