Sahra Villa

The only room here that takes 8, and the shape of it is a house rather than a suite. It has 4 bedrooms — 3 kings and a twin — indoor and outdoor living, a dining room, a jacuzzi, a private pool and a terrace that runs the whole width of the building under a pergola of poles and matting. The drive in is lined with palms and ends at a wall.

The terrace is where the villa is spent. Teak sofas and a daybed under the barasti roof, urns on plinths, the pool a few steps down, the lawn beyond it, and then the crenellated wall and a dune the size of a hill. What comes with it is a butler for the stay, breakfast served in the villa rather than walked to, one barbecue dinner cooked by a private chef on your own terrace, and two-way airport transfers from Dubai or Abu Dhabi for up to 4 people. It takes 8 adults, and no children at all.
