The kitchen sits open at the centre of the room, under the run of high ceilings that gives the space its scale.

Whichever dish arrives, Middle Eastern or from further afield, it has come off the same pass, in view of every table rather than out of sight.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner run as 3 separate sittings rather than one continuous service, so the room empties and fills again twice before the evening. A seat can be arranged ahead for any of them, and the dress holds at smart casual whichever meal you choose.
