Deluxe Double Room and Deluxe Twin Room are the same room with a different bed: same 500 square feet, same jharokha, same marble, same bathroom. One bed or two is the whole choice; neither is a step up from the other.
Suites are 800 square feet against 500 for the Deluxe rooms, and the extra 300 is a proper sitting room: a sofa, a desk, space to have a drink brought without sitting on the bed. Everything else is the same — same hills through the same stone window, same marble, same walk to the pool. Worth it for a long stay, not for the view.
All 25 rooms look at the same hills, so there is no garden view to discount and no hill view to pay extra for. What changes is which trees are in the way and how far up you are, and the house decides that on the day. If it matters, say so when you book. Somebody will read the note.
Rates here move with the nights you choose, so there is nothing honest to show until you have chosen them. Pick your dates above and the rooms the house sells online will price themselves.

A carved four-poster in 500 square feet, and a jharokha cut into the wall deep enough to sit in, with the Aravallis in front of it. Marble underfoot, Venetian mirrors, block-printed cotton, and antique furniture that was bought rather than styled. The bathroom has a jaali screen over the shower that turns the afternoon into geometry on the far wall.

The same 500 square feet as the Deluxe Double Room, with two carved wooden beds instead of one four-poster. Same jharokha onto the Aravallis, same marble, same bathroom. The bed is the only difference.

A king four-poster and a separate sitting room in 800 square feet — a green leather Chesterfield, a writing desk, an escritoire against the wall — all of it on inlaid marble under a pair of slow fans. The jharokha is the same one every room here has, and it is still the best thing in the room. No two of these are decorated alike.
