Floor-to-ceiling glass runs the length of the living area, a blue sofa and armchairs set around a marble table, the marina laid out below with a superyacht usually moored directly in view.

The mezzanine level gives the terrace a wider angle down over the water than the deluxe rooms below it. It sleeps 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.
