Deluxe Room is 37 square metres, and the reason to choose it is the window. It looks onto either Piazza Augusto Imperatore or Via della Frezza, a small street between Via di Ripetta and Via del Corso with a more intimate feel. Pick the piazza for the open square, or Via della Frezza for the smaller street.

Inside, the furniture is contemporary Italian and the colour comes from Rome. In one of these rooms the bathroom is red marble, with a mosaic roundel stamped S.Bulgari, 10 Via Condotti above the bath.
