At 188 square metres, Serenissima Suite is built around Venetian heritage terrazzo floors, Murano chandeliers and 4 full-height windows opening onto French balconies over the lagoon and San Giorgio Maggiore. A furnished terrace beyond the lounge looks over the swimming pool, and an entry vestibule and guest powder room lead through to a study with its own desk before the sitting area, the library and the bedroom.

Two marble bathrooms are clad in the same Thassos, Paonazzo and Grand Antique blend as Laguna Suite, each with a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. The suite is wheelchair accessible, comes with a dedicated host and round-trip transfers, and does not take children.
