A majlis seats up to 20 for a gathering, beside a reception area, and the social space alone — 344 square metres of it — carries a dining area, a TV room with a 55-inch screen, and a kitchen with a butler on call.

The master bedroom has its own private balcony and a marble bathroom with his-and-hers dressing rooms; the second bedroom holds a king bed and a walk-in wardrobe of its own. Breakfast is taken at the Pearl Club, on the floor below.
