The Royal Suite is a duplex spanning the hotel's own top 2 floors, 1 bedroom with a separate living room, a separate dining room seating up to 12, and a walk-in closet. A plunge pool sits on its own veranda, alongside a balcony, a terrace and a deck — floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, some of which open.

The bathroom count runs to 3.5. A piano stands in the suite; up to 2 rollaways and up to 2 cribs are permitted, at an added nightly charge for the rollaways.
