The top of the ladder, and the only 2-bedroom villa on it: a gated, 1,600-square-metre house set on its own headland, looking out over the open sea from a hilltop lawn. One bedroom holds a king bed, the other 2 twins, and a separate living and dining room sits between them with its own veranda, deck and patio.

The private pool runs the length of the lawn between the two pavilions, with its own pool cabana for shade. It sleeps up to 6, and cribs or rollaway beds can be added up to 2 in total.
