Two lagoons, and they are not the same

Family Lagoon Beach and the Lagoon Beach Club sit on the same shoreline, and the rooms named for each are two different products. The ones that open directly onto Family Lagoon Beach take a family with children of any age; the ones that open directly onto the Lagoon Beach Club take nobody under 16. A third set of rooms simply looks down on the Lagoon Beach Club from a balcony, with no direct access and no age line drawn.

Skyline, marina or lagoon — the standard rooms choose one

Every standard room is 52 to 55 square metres with a king bed or 2 twin beds. Which way it faces decides the room: the skyline rooms turn inland, the water-view rooms look over Dubai Creek Marina, and the lagoon rooms look over one of the two beaches instead.

The suites split by size, not by name

Park Suite, Park Terrace Suite and Family Lagoon Beach Suite are all 105 to 109 square metres, whichever view they carry.

Park Executive Suite is larger, at 118.

Presidential Suite and Royal Suite are the largest single-bedroom grade here, both 220 square metres with 3 private terraces each.

One apartment, for two bedrooms

Two Bedroom Family Apartment is the only grade here with a second bedroom, 215 square metres with a king room connected to a twin room and its own kitchen. Its published maximum is the same as the one-bedroom suites, with no higher cap stated for the second bedroom.
