The Majorelle Suite

Majorelle blue runs all through The Majorelle Suite: the deep ultramarine that the painter Jacques Majorelle invented, and that still carries his name. He came to La Mamounia in 1922 to decorate a restaurant. Here the blue is lifted with touches of orange and shimmering zellige.
