The Al Mamoun Suite

The Al Mamoun Suite is named for the prince who was given this orchard as a wedding gift in the 18th century, and it is decorated in the spirit of his time: carved wooden ceilings, chiselled plaster friezes and zellige, with touches of deep red velvet. In the lounge, 18th-century armchairs upholstered in floral fabric stand under a grand chandelier, among paintings and objets d'art from all over the world.

Light pours in through floor-to-ceiling windows. A pair of Chinese vases on pedestals frames the French windows, which open onto the terraces and the Atlas Mountains in the distance. There are 4 balconies, 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with 2 singles, and 2 bathrooms with separate baths and showers. At 212 square metres it is the largest of the Exceptional Suites.
