How the evening runs here depends on how full the house is: with everyone in, dinner goes out as a buffet, and on a quieter week the kitchen cooks a la carte instead and sends courses out one at a time.

Most of what is on the table comes from the estate's own kitchen garden, 100 metres from the kitchen door, on a farm that also runs on solar power, rainwater harvesting and drip irrigation.
