Junior Ocean Suite

A living room and a bedroom off one entrance, a bathroom with its own toilet and shower between them, and a balcony along the outer wall. The bedroom takes the suite language — the bed under a gathered canopy drape, a sunburst mirror above it, lanterns hanging either side — and the bathroom is the marble one this house builds everywhere, a double vanity under a framed mirror and a deep tub beneath a stepped arch.

The balcony is the argument. It looks down over the resort's pools and the palms and out to the Burj Al Arab standing on the water, and it is furnished to be used — a small round table, patterned chairs, a pierced plaster balustrade in front of them. What comes with it beyond the room: the club list, return airport transfers, and complimentary non-motorised watersports off the two kilometres of beach. It takes 4 guests at most, of whom 3 may be adults.
