The bedroom: a bed against a patterned headboard panel under a gilt shell ceiling rose, a pale green chaise at its foot, and tall arched doors at the right onto the terrace.

It is 110 square metres, with a living room, a dining area, a hot tub in the bathroom and a butler around the clock — and then, instead of a balcony, a private terrace with the white sand starting at the end of it. The step over the Sea View Suite buys 20 metres, which is the distance between looking at the sea and walking into it.

That trade is either obvious or absurd depending on how you use a beach. If you swim before breakfast, it is the right room. There are very few of these.

The living room — a long sofa under a framed seascape, armchairs and a drum table around it, a curved bar cabinet at the left and the terrace doors down the far side.

The bathroom in white marble: a tub under a lit glass panel, a long vanity with brass fittings and twin basins, and a separate shower and WC behind glazed screens.
