The villas run in 2 rows and this is the inner one, which sounds like the lesser of the two and is not. What it buys is the view this city is actually famous for, from inside a private walled garden: a long lap pool running down the timber deck, palms and traveller's trees round the wall, and the whole skyline with the Burj Khalifa in the middle of it standing directly beyond. At night it is the more dramatic of the two rows by a distance.

Inside, 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms sit either side of a living and dining room with sliding glass onto the deck, and the parking is hidden in its own gazebo. Sleeps 4.
