Junior Suite

The step up from a room here is not a second bedroom, it is a proper sitting room. It runs 80 square metres, laid out so that the living area is the centre of the suite rather than a corner of the bedroom: sofas and armchairs round a low table, the bedroom opening off it, and glazing along the whole outer wall. It faces 2 ways — towards the skyline, where the Burj Khalifa stands in the middle of the view, or out over the open Gulf.

The terrace is 25 square metres and it is built as a second living room, which is exactly how it works at 6 in the evening when the light drops and the far shore starts lighting up. Sleeps 3. Take it over the Deluxe Suite if the money matters and the view does; take the Deluxe Suite if you want the bedroom behind a door.
